Jim Hoyer has 38 years of experience in public accounting, including over 15 of those years as a partner at Moore & Hart CPAs, prior to their merger with Peters & Associates, CPAs, P.C. He specializes in small business and personal tax services. He has built lifelong relationships with his clients, many of which span over two decades. He enjoys the personal and unique aspects of each client and takes the time to listen and ensure that he meets every one of their individual tax and accounting needs.

Jim has experience serving numerous businesses operating within the medical, real estate, golf, restaurant, bar, construction, hotel, automotive, landscaping, manufacturing, and music industries. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, was former President and Board Director of the Cedar Lake Golf Club, and Treasurer of the Alex Kogut Golf Foundation.

Jim and his wife, Trish, reside in Clayville, NY, and also enjoy time at their home in Sarasota, Florida. He enjoys golfing, landscaping, traveling, and reading in his spare time.
