Carolyn Lawless, CPA has thirty years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in tax planning and preparation for various entities including corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and individuals. She also performs reviews and compilations for small businesses in many industries.

After working in both small and large public accounting firms, Carolyn is happy to be at a firm where she has the ability to work more closely with her clients to provide quality service.

Carolyn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is the President of the Central New York Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. She also serves as the treasurer of Historic Oakwood Cemetery Preservation Association, an advisory board member of Francis Corps, a member of the Financial Planning Association of Central New York, and on the finance committee of St. James Church in Syracuse. Carolyn was past president and a current member of the Estate Planning Council of Central New York.

Carolyn resides in Jamesville and has two daughters. She enjoys any opportunity to spend time with her family.
